South Portland, Maine

APEX worked with Sea Coast Management Company (SCMC) to deliver commissioning services for the Osprey Circle project, a two-building, 24-unit multi-family housing project located in South Portland, Maine.

Westminster, Massachusetts

APEX performed a boiler study at GDF Suez's Pinetree Power facility to determine the modifications required to lower the temperature of steam entering the primary superheater outlet header below 900°F.

Waltham, Massachusetts

For this project, APEX teamed with ECT2 / Haley & Aldrich of Portland, Maine in support of their project at the former Raytheon facility in Waltham, Massachusetts. ECT2 developed a synthetic media groundwater and vapor treatment system for the facility.

Searsport, Maine

Working with Applied Technology Services, Inc., APEX conducted an interior tank coating inspection on an 182 ft diameter tank at the Irving Oil facility located in Searsport, Maine.

Teaming with ReEnergy Stratton, APEX provided an efficiency analysis for their boiler and plant in Stratton, ME.

Black River, New York

ReEnergy Black River is located at Fort Drum, a United States Army Base located near Watertown, NY. ReEnergy Black River produces approximately 422 net GWh of electricity each year, enough to supply the power needs of about 55,000 homes.

Revere, Massachusetts

Teaming with Allied Technical Services, Inc., APEX performed on-site, spot coating inspection services of the shell painting project at Irving Oil Company's facility in Revere, MA.

North Conway, New Hampshire

Memorial Hospital in North Conway, NH provides heat, hot water, and dehumidification with two 200 Boiler Horsepower packaged boilers. Memorial Hospital and Ensyn Corporation intended to convert one of the two existing boilers to burn exclusively renewable fuel oil.
